Young Tight Buns Forever Workout




I am feeling pretty psyched today because I have been completely inspired by you guys yet again! Have you taken a look at some of the recent BodyRocker photos? You guys are freaking gorgeous fit beautiful people! I think we have the coolest community on the web. Our community could beat the crap outta any other group and look better doing it :) I hope you guys will keep sending in your pictures and stories – not to mention your delicious recipes and kick ass workouts. Time is racing towards Christmas, but at least we are getting in some solid workouts together. I feel like we made some great progress this week shaping and toning our legs and butts, and today’s workout takes it one step further again.
Freddy started off by doing the first 2 exercises and then switched gears and did 4 minutes of elevated pushups to the max and 4 minutes of fast paced skipping for max revolutions. He wanted to work on his chest and upper body. I beat him once and he beat me once so it was a draw. Be sure and leave your scores in the comments below and let us know how you did!
