Workout With jen Bodylastics
Jennifer Vessels is a Gymnast, NPC Fitness Champion, and Figure Competitor. She attends the University of Florida where she is studying kinesiology and physiology and is on the University Crew team. She works a 25 hour week as a waitress to pay her own way through college. Though incredibly busy between work, studies and sports, Jennifer never misses a workout and diets hard everyday. “I really have to watch my weight or I gain fat really fast. It is a constant battle.”
