The Battle for the Olympia 2005
The Battle for the Olympia is the best you can get, and it’s made by Mits (moc video). It’s a great inside look at the athletes training routines, daily lives, meals, and much much more. It’s is very candid and real. Incredibly motivating to watch for inspiration or simply before a workout. They are also quite long so you really do get your moneys worth. The latest in the series, Battle for the Olympia 2005 is a dvd disc set and 9 hours in length (540 minutes!!). We highly recommend this product.
