Today we are going off the hook on our abs by smashing our core with knee raises. The goal is to aim for maximum burn, which can only be accomplished if you step up with maximum effort. I’m always telling you guys to push hard, but the only one who knows what that means is you. Get inside your body and be present during your workouts. Don’t let your mind drift. Ask yourself – is this 80% of my max? Can I gear up another 5-10-20% ? Being focused and alert and in tune with yourself is the difference between a good workout and an amazing workout. When you are firing on all cylinders and giving your max while maintaining proofer form you are going to multiply the effectiveness of each training session. Think about what that means in terms of your results. If you are going to do these workouts why not go all in and optimize your rewards? It’s the same 15 minutes of your life spent either way – but the outcome over time will be vastly improved if you give it your all – mind, body and spirit. Enough pep talk from us – get going!
