IFBB Pro Neil Hill with Flex Lewis- Intro to Y3T Training Principles!
IFBB Pro Flex Lewis first started to compete in the UK in 2003, but his first major victory the following year in the 2004 Junior Mr. Universe really brought him to the attention of the public. Wayne referred to him as the “Welsh Wizard of Mature Muscle”, and commented that he was the only competitor in the whole Amateur Universe to receive straight firsts from every judge. Since then he has gone from strength to strength, now competing at the highest professional level. IFBB Pro Neil Hill, the UK YODA, preps Team Gaspari athlete Flex Lewis with the YODA 3 Training Principles. Week 1 Heavy Compound Movements -dead lifts, rack pulls and T-bar rows. Week 2 -Same Principles -up the reps by 2. Week 3 Total Annihilation. Only from Neil Hill on behalf of Gaspari Nutrition.
