Fitness – Sweet Booty Punishment Workout

Today I am revisiting the Fat Assassin workout. It has been about two months since I tangled with this challenge, and I wanted to see how I would hold up against it. I think that I handled it pretty well – I was on average about 1 – 2 reps better per exercise than the last time. I keep reminding you guys to keep a journal and write your times and reps down so that the next time you try these workouts, you will have a number to beat. Having a target to push for will guarantee that your workouts never hit the dreaded plateau. You can find the full explanation of this workout including pictures here: FAT ASSASSIN WORKOUT. Things with us have been really busy, we have a lot going on (things that are not interesting enough to blog about – you know all of the tedious boring real life stuff that we all have to take care of… blah). We have also been working on putting together new ideas for the redesign of BodyRock.Tv. Thanks so much to everyone who gave us their ideas and suggestions on how to make our site better.
