Fitness – Sexy Hot Cool Workout




We couldn’t resist the beautiful weather here this morning and so we went to do our workout outside at the park. There were 3 pull up bars there which was handy, because we had to leave all of our workout equipment including the pull up bar and the dip station in Prague. Our new equipment is on the way, but before we get it in mail we will have to improvise.I think that I can speak for all of us when I say that today’s workout was really hard but very enjoyable. It’s a full body, super intensive 15 minute workout that will leave you whipped. If you don’t believe that you can get in shape by doing short workouts, then give this one a try – but make sure to put your maximum effort into each exercise. If you spend an hour and half at the gym every day, but your workouts are lacking intensity, then you are wasting a lot of time. Think of all of the other things that you will have time to accomplish if you have a brutal full body workout in minutes vs. hours.
