Fitness – Hot Quickie Workout




So I have 4 days left of anti-biotics and I’m completely bored. When I met Freddy I used to say “I’m boring” when I was bored. He would never correct my English because he thought that it was hilarious. I only caught on a few days later :) Seriously tho, after a few days of kicking around and taking it easy I am going a bit nuts. I want to get back into the workouts and being active. I guess that I will have to be satisfied with giving you guys this brutal workout :) I’m telling you – I am going to hit it so hard as soon as I’m better – that is if I have any muscles and strength left by the end of this rest period.If I was actually able to do this workout today I would use my Ultimate Body Press pull up bar and my Gymboss Interval Timer to keep track of my time.
