Fitness – Fierce Body Workout

Today I am going to beat my old personal best in the good old Fierce Workout from last November. My goal is to be faster than 17 minutes and 47 seconds. You can check out the pictures for this workout here. I am using my Gymboss Interval Timer to keep track of my time.I am going to be doing my workout later in the night, because I just don’t want to miss my torture today :) I prefer to do my training in the morning (when life co-operates), but I don’t mind to workout before I go to sleep. I will have my dinner first, then I will wait for about an hour and half, and then I will do my workout. I won’t eat anything after my training, because it will be already too late so I will just drink a lots of water have my shower and go to bed.
