Fitness – Drag Me To Hell Workout




I beat my personal best for this workout and completed 13 rounds and 2 squats. As usual I used my cool Gymboss Interval Timer to keep track of my time for this workout. As I mentioned in the video, it is time for us to start to take things a little more seriously if we want to look and feel our best this summer. If you start right now, you will have enough time to make the changes you want to make and reach your goals. Just imagine what a great summer you will have if you get in the best shape possible. This has always been a motivational pressure for me, because I always want to be in a great shape for the summer. I want to feel confident about the way I look, and I wanted to be fit enough to do all of the sports and outdoor activities that my friends are doing.
