Best Hot Ripped Abs Workout
I put these workouts together so that they deliver maximum results in minimum time. They are tough because you are always pushing at your maximum effort – whatever that is for you personally. If you are a beginner I don’t want you to look at these exercises and say – “I’m not ready for that”. Freddy and I have taken the approach with these new tutorial videos that we want everyone to get the most out of these workouts – and we mean everyone from the super fit right on down the line. Everyone (myself included) can get far greater benefit and results from keeping proper form and doing the exercises properly. We don’t want to leave anyone behind on this journey so we have also started to show modifications of the exercises for beginners. Everyone has to start somewhere. If you take 12 minutes 5-6 days a week and give it your best, you will be amazed at how much stronger and fitter you become.Set your timer for 12 rounds of two intervals. The first interval is 10 seconds and the second interval is 50 seconds long. This means that you will repeat the sequence of the following 4 exercises 3 times.
1) Sumo Jump Squat and Leg Lift (each jump and leg lift counts as 1 rep)
2) 1-2 Reptile Push Up (each time you do a push up counts as 1 rep)
3) Squat Side Hop and Side Lunge (count 1 rep after each lunge)
4) Seated V-Scissors (each time you cross your legs counts as 1 rep)
