Jump rope exercise tips
The jump rope exercise is a weight-bearing activity. It is good for your bone density. It may also improve your balance and coordination. You can find a video demonstration of this aerobic activity below.

You can do this activity almost anywhere as long as there is enough overhead room

You can watch TV or listen to music while doing this activity
Cons
This activity is strenuous. You may irritate your joints, hips and knees
It will challenge your balance and coordination
It can be boring
Tips
Stand on the center of the cord with your feet shoulder-width apart. The handles should be about 2 inches above your hips
You can hop with both feet at the same time or alternate your feet
You should start with just 30 to 60 seconds. You can then work your way up to doing 5 to 10 minutes or more of this activity
