What’s a good way for a woman to gain 5lbs?
Women often do not eat enough protein, especially when the are working out. You need to up your meat intake…grain feel beef is great.
Your muscles need that to build otherwise they burn the other nutrients to fast and your body gets deprived, taking away from the look you wanted to achieve.
Also drink lots of water, dehydration can case you to look drawn out.
At your height you should gain weight when building muscle not loose weight. You (like myself) have a fast metabolism so eat the proteins and perhaps add more carbs…yes I said carbs…we need to have fat, protein and carbs to maintain our weight!
