What is the proper dosage of Raspberry Ketone for weight loss?
After seeing an episode of the Dr. Oz show about the amazing power of my favorite red fruit, I had to do some research and see what the proper raspberry ketones dosage was for maximum health benefit. I was hoping I could just eat more fruit because I really do like them. Unfortunately I found that you need somewhere around 90 lbs of fruit to get the amount you need to get the health benefits. Even if I could eat that much, I am pretty sure I can’t afford to buy that much.
So what is the minimum effective raspberry ketones dosage? It is 100 mg per day. This amount is needed because it does take a significant amount to make your cell’s release fat more effectively and regulate your metabolism. If you don’t see 100 mg per serving, you should probably try another supplement.
Before you decide on a supplement, there is one more thing you need to think about – quality. I have read that raspberry ketone is the most expensive natural food flavor and can cost $20,000 per kg. If you are getting a bottle of supplements for $10, it probably isn’t very high quality and you won’t get the benefits that you need.
Well, that’s about all I have for this blog post. The bottom line is that the proper raspberry ketones dosage is at least 100 mg per day.
