How do I gain weight?
The first step to gaining weight is to set up a plan to do so A solid plan can and will go a long way. A good plan will keep you on tract and aid in staying focused.
You next step is for you to realize and come to the conclusion that you will only gain weight it you eat enough. Gaining weight is not magic. You simply have to eat more food than your body is burning off With this in mind you need to make a list of high calorie foods that you like and purchase lots of them. You need to have the biggest variety that you can so that you do not get burnt out on eating the same thing all the time. If you remember anything from this step just remember to eat as much as possible.
Your next step is to create charts to track your progress. I suggest that you put together a chart that record your weight each day. This will help you see your progress on paper. You should also create another chart that will keep track of the foods or calories that you consume If you keep tract of the amount of food you consume you can slowly add to eat so that you will start to gain weight faster.
Your last step is to develop a workout program You need to work out each part of your body When working out use heavier weights and do fewer repetitions. Doing fewer repetitions will limit the calories that you burn. You also need to give your self plenty of time to rest.
Resting your muscle will allow them to grow.
