Steven Siler

TRAINING: A typical day of training is getting up around 11, eating and a resting till 1, when we practice from 1-3, drilling and sparring. Then I get home, eat and rest till 7:30, where we usually drill some more and condition.

When and why did you start training for fighting? I started training four years ago, after I already had 11 pro fights, because I felt if I took it seriously, I would be able to pursue a future in fighting.

What ranks and titles have you held? Throwdown featherweight title

Do you have any heroes? GSP and Tim Tebow, because I love their work ethic.

What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? It a dream come true. It’s all I’ve thought about doing since I got into fighting.
