TRAINING: I train twice a day, lifting in the morning and sparring at night. I also run three times a week.

When and why did you start training for fighting? I started in Jan 2004. I saw the first UFC and I thought, hey, I can do that.

What ranks and titles have you held? I was the Renegades light heavyweight champ

Do you have any heroes? No

What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? I have worked my butt off for seven years to finally get here. It means the world to me!

Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? I went to college for two years

What was your job before you started fighting? I still work a full-time job. I sell Red Bull

Favorite Striking technique: left hook
