Tips for beginners motivation. 2 quick
It’s at this time of year when most New Year resolutions are about to be broken. It’s not intentional but, after the over indulgence of Christmas, people get all fired up to improve their lifestyle and diet and set off with great enthusiasm and dedication.
But its around now, it suddenly hits you. You find it hard to stay on track, and it becomes increasingly easier to find more excuses to not train and not to eat correctly.
A tip I find that works for me is to stay inspired, which in turn keeps me motivated to reach my targets and goals. I find that, for myself, immersing myself in the Bodybuilding lifestyle keeps me inspired, and this is enough to make certain I never wander.
Another tip that I recommend and which I have found to be useful, is to read a piece of literature about people achieving similar goals to mine. From this I find I stay on track and remain focused on my goals. Hopefully others can use this tip and achieve the same results!
“Sometimes I stumble across those who have doubted me years ago, it really make me think and re-think of just how far I have come. I have the utmost respect for anyone who has a dream and a vision. KEEP PUSHING”

Excess fat storage and protein
The example given above is absurdly non-physiological. The satiating power of protein would make such a high protein consumption impossible. That is, 5000 calories of pure protein is 1250 grams of pure protein. Can’t be done. Beyond that, while the biochemical pathways for the conversion of protein to fat do exist in humans, the likelihood [...]
