Anyone try Jillian's Protein Powder

Postby fitnessk » Wed Apr 25, 2012 12:46 pm

As anyone tried Jillian's (from biggest loser) protein powder? I am wondering how well it works. I saw it at the store the other day but have not heard or seen many reviews.

I have had this for about a month or so. I don't use it everyday.I was looking for a protein powder that tasted better then the one I was using but didn't cost too much.I like it.

I tried the chocolate and vanilla and both are very weak in flavor compared to other powders I've used in the past. I will need to double the amount of powder per 6-8 oz portion. The only positives are the ingredients!

Thanks for the review. I keep picking this up and putting it down. I don't like the thought of something that is low in taste. I suppose I could do as you all are suggesting and doubling the amount.

I've tried it and was not impressed by the ingredients or the taste. I'm usually skeptical of products by celebrities because usually they just slap their image and name on the product. I prefer Whole Foods for my protein powders because their ingredients are a lot better.

I did try muscle milk instead of this one. It is kind of pricey when you look at the servings you get out of the container. I know she is really getting her brand out there. I will stick with her workouts and pick another protein powder instead.

I really like Jillian and I would be open to trying her products, I would be a little worried about the price point. However, her workout programs are very inexpensive. I'm not really sure I agree with her releasing the diet supplement line she did.

I was a bit surprised that she released a supplement line. It doesn't seem too outrageous though. I know her dvds are affordable. I know she has a number of them in stores like Target, Walmart and Amazon.
