The strongest arm doesn't always mean the best quarterback, that's for sure. I still remember when the Ravens drafted Kyle Boller. The hype was that he could throw the ball 80 yards from his knees. Well, in the NFL if you are trying to throw the ball from your knees it probably means you have been tackled so it's not very useful. Come to think of it, he did try to pass a few times from his knees, they landed quite nicely in the opposing team's hands.
