I have never tried the workout out personally, but I have seen the commercials. Seems like a legitimate workout routine, and I would give it a try.

Looks like it isn't, I couldn't afford it now though but I am happy with her other DVDs.

Her DVDs really kick my butt. Is the Body Revolution an entire plan or just exercise?

Honestly I don't have much luck with her and I would not recommend her DVDs. In most of Jillian's videos she has you doing very strenuous activity with little to no prep stretching. I was really turned off by her entirely. Also I heard she got plastic surgery.

I have done some of her DVDs and know they definitely give you a workout! However, to get the most out of this workout you have to follow the information properly. You also need to use caution to guarantee you do not hurt any of your muscle groups which can be easy because of the way these workouts are done.

Thanks for the share. I think I might purchase some of her DVDs and give it a try.

I've never tried this, but I can tell you that you can never go wrong with Jillian. She will wipe the floor with you, then pick you up to do another rep. I own 30 Day shred and the work out is pretty intense, especially if you do the routine everyday.

I haven't tried Jillian Michaels Body Revolution, however I do own and have tried her 30 Day Shred and 30 Day Get Ripped workouts on DVD. Both were great and only about 30 min or less per workout. Of the two, I liked Get Ripped in 30 the best. I saw results quickly in my energy and strength. She does offer modifications on most of the exercises and the routines are easy to follow and highly effective. They will challenge you for sure. In the end, I was pleased with my results and happy to look good in my wedding pictures.
