Bradley Cooper Workout Routine
If it’s the chiselled rock hard abs of Bradley Cooper from the A-Team that you desire to have then the Bradley Cooper Workout is the routine that you should be working on to whip that body into shape. He may not be as muscular as most Hollywood A-list actors out there, but Bradley Cooper does know how to get his fair share of women in awe of his amazing physique. Most workout programs for men would tell you to do a lot of weight lifting which results in an unbalanced figure where in your upper body would no longer be in proportion to your lower body but with the Bradley Cooper Workout there is no need to worry about that issue since his whole style is not being overly bulky or muscled; this type of routine, like other celebrity workout routines keeps away from the infamous Big Three that can develop muscling in all the wrong places.
Bradley Cooper Workout Routine
So to begin with the Bradley Cooper Workout, this is actually comprised of several sets of exercise routines namely, cardio, strengthening and core exercises. For the cardio exercises, the Bradley Cooper Workout suggests performing these alternately with strengthening routines then scheduling the core exercises on the last part of the workout. This is done in order to maintain a good balance between the three routines and avoid overdoing one aspect over the other. Here is an example of a evenly schedule Bradley Cooper Workout routine:
- Perform the first cardio exercise on a bike for about ten minutes.
- The first weight circuit should involve the following activities: Bench pressing, squats and pull-ups. These should be performed for ten repetitions and done in alternates for an interval of ten minutes.
- The second cardio exercise would now involve going on a sprint on a treadmill for as long as thirty seconds then do a sixty second jog. Repeat this for a span of ten minutes.
- Doing step ups with dumbbells, dead lifting and dips are all part of the second weight circuit. Same with the first one do it alternately then repeat for ten times in a span of ten minutes.
- And on the last stretch for cardio exercise, perform an elliptical exercise for ten minutes then proceed to core exercises.
- Core exercises would now include planks and V-ups which are repeatedly done for ten minutes.
Get a Body Like Bradley Cooper’s using Bradley Cooper Workout
As you can see, the Bradley Cooper Workout does not take a big chunk out of your day. You can be out of the gym in under an hour. Adhering to this exercise routine on a daily basis helps you to build the stamina in order to increase the intensity of your workouts in the same amount of time which means that you can sculpt that body in no time at all. Similar to other programs, the Bradley Cooper Workout also teaches you to eat healthy. Most diets for men would include a lot of high calorie and high protein foods but in the Bradley Cooper Workout routine, do not go crazy with bulking up so much; watch what you eat instead.
