Adam Headland

Adam joined a gym at age 37 to take advantage of a fitness subsidy offered by his employer. 3 years later he entered his first bodybuilding contest, winning the Master’s class against several experienced competitors. After a further 6 years of competition, Adam had accumulated 6 first place trophies, 2 third place trophies at the provincial level, 2 overall trophies, and a provincial title, doing his own prep, diet and training the entire time. Teaming up with legendary trainer Darren Oliver (RIP) brought him to 4th place in the Heavyweight Masters at the 2011 CFBB Nationals.

Adam has been featured in over a dozen muscle magazines, two books, a cover, and on various websites. He has helped several OPA and UFE champions with their diets, training and contest prep, and is currently working with several promising young athletes. Adam plans a return to the National stage in 2013.
