Serious Mass is a natural product produced by Optimum Nutrition. Of course, Optimum Nutrition has quite a few protein powders, protein bars, mostly made to appeal to almost every group of possible people.
They say that Serious Mass will help you to finally take control, and it will help you to get 50g of serious protein to build muscle, burn fat, and transform your body! With Serious Mass, you get whey, egg, and casein proteins.
And the question is, does Serious Mass actually work? Does Serious Mass lead to serious weight gain in muscle goals, or does it help you to lose more weight or anything like that? It takes the supercharged options that you need. But does Serious Mass actually work?
About Serious Mass
Serious Mass has a blend of 50g of protein. Obviously, this can help you to achieve certain results.
Serious Mass talks about having no added sugar. But they have a whopping 254g of carbohydrates! In any given protein powder, you should not have maybe 2-3g of carbs or sugar combined! Why is it that they have literally multiplied this by more than 100!
This being said, they talk about having 50g of protein. But the carbs in and of themselves completely undermine this effort. With this in mind, the fact is that they use 50g of low quality protein that cannot be properly absorbed by the body in the first place! So all of this is somewhat inconsequential.
Conclusion
Serious Mass is not something that we would ever recommend using. It does not have the right ingredients, and it has a ridiculous amount of carbs we have never before seen in any given product. just in case you are wondering, this is not actually a good thing. With Serious Mass, you get a lot of protein. But its quantity over quality, this is just junk protein that will not do you any good.
We would definitely recommend that the wise consumer look into something else that will actually come through and change your body in a positive way. Serious Mass is far more likely to cause stomach upset than anything else, and it truly does fail in every possible way that we would think applicable to this particular case. Luckily, there are far better proteins available that can come through if you give them a chance, and they are often much cheaper than Serious Mass.
