To perform these muscle building exercises one must stand straight with shoulder length distance between the feet. Bend your knees a bit, keeping your back absolutely straight and now hold 2 lbs dumbbells in your palms facing each other and open your arms.

Keep the elbows close to your body and pull the dumbbells slowly towards your chest and then take them back to the original position. This is the best muscle building exercise for developing strong shoulders.
