Fish Facelift Diet
The Fish Facelift Diet program is rated 3/5
With most short-term diets, the dieter is basically tortured; the meals are boring, low-calorie to the point of causing pain, and work mostly by denying the dieter food. This one takes a different tactic, dealing with the hunger pangs while delivering good food, and still letting the dieter lose weight. The diet is extremely regimented, both in terms of what you are allowed to eat and how to eat it (for example, no instant oatmeal instead of the oatmeal on the menu) and requires that the dieter be in a position to control what he or she eats, and ideally able to shop for foods each day in order to ensure that the food is fresh. Otherwise, it’s three days of very healthy eating concentrating on salmon. As far as three-day diets go, this one is pretty good; it shows the dieter how to eat healthy, even if it’s in small amounts, and that the diet can taste good as well. Otherwise, it does what it says, as long as the dieter isn’t expecting much, and isn’t as much a torture as other three-day diets. As advertised, the diet is not only supposed to help you lose weight, but also to improve your skin and make you look younger. As long as the dieter realizes that this is for the short-term only, there is nothing wrong with this diet. The foods may be a little more expensive than the usual menu.Fish Facelift Diet Review:
