Eating Free Review:

Background
Eating free is always going to sound like a good thing! However, Eating Free the weight loss company isn't claiming to be handing out free food. Instead Eating Free takes a slightly different approach.
Eating Free sees itself as a sounding a “wake-up call” regarding how people currently diet. To this end, Eating Free wants people to disregard fad diets and dieting myths and rethink how they eat and this means “eating what you like, when you like, where you like.” Of course, this is quite a tall order, but much of their advice is based on commonsense such as thinking strategically about your dieting approach and being less concerned about engaging in long and exhausting workouts. The plan was developed by a registered dietitian and is meant to help people make the right dieting choices and steer clear of dieting decisions and fad diets that may be doing more harm than good.
What to Eat
What you will be eating if you follow the Eating Free approach is unclear.
The Good
The fact that Eating Free emphasizes smart eating choices and encourages dieters to stay clear of fad diets and dieting myths is a definite plus.
The Bad
Eating Free is unfortunately not free, but instead requires a monthly subscription fee or the purchase of a service package. Exact fees and what this includes is not obvious on the website.
Exercise
The exact nature of how Eating Free approaches exercise is not entirely clear on the website. Exercise is mentioned as part of “customized plans,” but the nature of these plans is not entirely clear.
Cost
Final costs only seem to be available if one signs up for services or releases one's email address. Eating Free sounds good on “paper” and looks to have promise, but the difficulty in determining the exact cost or the exact nature of service and what is provided is troubling.
