You might be thinking, “that is disturbing,” when you read the title of this book Eat What You Love, Love What You Eat. But don't worry, Fluffy and Spot will be just fine. No this is not a diet about eating those you love. Instead as the name indicates, you should expect to eat many of the foods you love the most.

Now, that must have your attention! A good piece of news about Eat What You Love, Love What You Eat-How to Break Your Eat-Repent-Repeat Cycle is the book was written by medical doctor Michelle May. Moreover, the book has received a good deal of attention including a nod from Time as one of the Top 10 Notable New Diet Books of 2010. The thrust of the book is to stop depriving your body of food and feeling guilty about eating. May's book is focused on proper nutrition, skipping tough workouts and tossing out the guilt. Much of her work is dedicated toward breaking the eat-repent-repeat cycle and learning how to approach weight loss from a different perspective.

What to Eat

Eat What You Love, Love What You Eat-How to Break Your Eat-Repent-Repeat Cycle doesn't tell dieters to go ahead and eat all they feel like eating. What May does instead is she encourages dieters to eat as many healthy calories as possible and keep unhealthy foods at a minimum.

The Good

May wants to change people's attitudes and approaches toward food. In this regard, it is a different type of weight loss book.

The Bad

Some might feel that they need more structure than what May's book offers.

Exercise

Exercise is not the primary focus as May is attempting to change dieter’s attitudes.

Cost
