Eat at Ease Review:
Background
Billing itself as an “online dietitian clinic,” this British website offers tons of information to those who can’t afford the time or expense of hiring a private trainer and nutritionist. What makes Eat At Ease different to other online programs is the fact that you work directly with registered dietitians, rather than choosing from pre-designed programs or being left to your own devices to choose a diet.
What to Eat
There are no forbidden foods or food groups here. Instead, you are provided with a meal plan that is well-balanced and meets the USDA health and nutrition guidelines. You also don’t need to count calories, as the dietitians provide you with menus and meal plans that are already calculated for you. You also learn how to read food labels and how to cook and eat foods that are lower in calories and fat.
The Good
Because you work directly with a dietitian, there is no risk that you will choose a that is dangerous or ill-suited to your goals and needs. The site offers lots of tools, including food analysis programs, food journals and
