Don’t Go Hungry Diet Review:
Background
Your body has a number of reactions that have been placed there for survival purposes. When your body is hungry, you have a “Famine Reaction”; you look for something to eat as quickly as possible in order to quell that hunger. When you are a few pounds overweight, your body suppresses your hunger a bit in order to help your body lose weight while upping your metabolism. In order to lose weight more quickly, you need to master those reactions, learning to quell the Famine Reaction and increase the ability of your Fat Brake. By eating whenever the Famine Reaction hits, the dieter learns to deal with that force, while exercise helps with the other.
What to Eat
There are no limits as to what the dieter can eat; when the Famine Reaction hits, the dieter is encouraged to eat in order to quell it. However, whole foods are recommended.
The Good
There is a lot of online support for this diet from its creator, including highly detailed FAQs, dieting tools (such as ways to record progress), and there is a lot of scientific data to substantiate the claims.
The Bad
Online communities for this program are just now beginning to form, so the dieter has limited support. There is a chance for overeating in this program, as rules are somewhat lax.
