Clutch Fitness Review:
Background
No, Clutch Fitness does not involve working out with tiny handbags full of weights. When you visit the Clutch Fitness website you are instantly instructed “ClutchFitness.com- (is) a non B.S. science-based forum comprised of casual fitness enthusiasts (and) competitive athletes.” Nothing says science like using the term “B.S.”
This confusion aside, there is no denying that the Clutch Fitness website “Where Research Meets Reality” takes fitness very seriously and the site does have a good deal of information on it as well as an ample dose of very, very puffy men and women striking a pose. In addition to the numerous forums, there are articles on nutrition and training. Upgraded memberships are also available.
What to Eat
Clutch Fitness does not mess around when it comes to weight lifting and power lifting. However, the site is definitely not just about lifting weights. However, there is no denying that this is the main focus. The people behind Clutch Fitness do realize the intimate link between building impressively massive muscles and diet. There are short diet articles such as “Comparing Diets” that might be of use to many dieters.
The Good
There are many educational articles on nutrition and fitness, and the site founders clearly mean well. They have designed a site meant to educate and serve a useful purpose.
The Bad
While the site does have something to offer, just how useful it will be for the average dieter is a matter of debate. Additionally many dieters may feel a bit intimidated when they visit the site only to see seriously massive, puffy muscles scrolling across the screen.
Exercise
If you are looking for fitness pointers, there are definitely some to be had at Clutch Fitness.
Cost
Membership is free, but there are books to buy.
