Change One Diet
The Change One Diet program is rated 5/5
Change One Diet Review:

Background
Created by Reader's Digest with the help of several nutrition experts, the diet focuses on the concept that big things can be obtained by changing one single food habit every day. Initially, changes are made once a week, and followers are expected to spend the following seven days adapting to and perfectioning that one specific conduct. The program is designed to last 12 weeks, in which you will change not only your breakfast, lunch and dinner habits, but also learn to ease stressors, redesign your kitchen and maintain physical activity levels.
What to Eat
The diet emphasizes portion size and the concept that is not as much what you eat but rather the amount. This means that few to no foods are forbidden and comfort meals such as pancakes and meatloaf are allowed in the plan. When learning about changes, you will be encouraged to switch to the low-fat alternative of items and to incorporate meals that are dense but low in calories (such as fruits and vegetables) into the diet.
The Good
Since you will be only making one change a week, you won't feel overwhelmed. Small steps give you time to adapt and to learn. Diet allows for your favorite foods, so there is no feeling of being deprived. Focuses on lifestyle changes, rather than quick fixes.
The Bad
Exercise comes in really late in the program. You will need to count calories, which can be tiring. Calorie count is on the low side, at just 1300 calories. The program is long and can be discouraging for those who expect quicker results.
Exercise
Exercise doesn't come into play until week 10. At that time, you are given a series of activities to choose from and some general guidelines on how to incorporate workouts into your life. A calorie burning calculator is provided.
Costs
Rates are kept secret and can only be seen after you create an account on the official website.
