Bridal Bootcamp
The Bridal Bootcamp program is rated 3/5
Bridal Bootcamp Review:

Background
There can be no doubt that militaries all over the world really know how to whip people into shape. Much can be accomplished through the following simple actions: push ups, pull ups, dips, sit-ups and, of course, running around like a maniac. If this approach didn't work to get people in shape, these exercises wouldn't be used by friends and foes around the world.
Bridal Bootcamp sounds like fun. To be more specific, the correct name is Cynthia Conde's Bridal Bootcamp, so there is definitely some “ego on the loose.” The Bridal Bootcamp is a “military-style fitness program in which brides-to-be train in a hard-core yet encouraging setting.” If you are in the New York City/Long Island area, you can enter Cynthia Conde's 7,000 square foot “concept gym” where you can receive “military style” workouts.
There are two programs. Level 1 of playing soldier is called The Tour of Duty Jump-Start Program, which involves six weeks of “bootcamp” where “recruits” are subjected to three one hour sessions. Afterwards, recruits are moved onto Level 2 where they begin individualized training.
What to Eat
When recruits sign up a customized nutrition plan is created for each new customer.
The Good
The Bridal Bootcamp is definitely focused on working out and helping people get in shape. If you can look pass all the silliness, there is probably a solid workout to be had.
The Bad
If you don't mind the extreme level of cheesiness then The Bridal Bootcamp approach might be something that can work for you. Its just a little tough to take any of this bootcamp stuff seriously when the same facility also has “high-tech cellulite treatments.” What army is that?
Exercise
One should be able to receive a decent workout if the bootcamp aspect of the concept.

The 300 Workout: Get into Spartan Shape
Sometimes a movie takes off for no apparent reason. And sometimes the reason is readily apparent. Take 300, for instance.
