The Body Trace program is rated 4/5

Body Trace Review:

Background

“Weight Loss has never been so easy!” This is the statement that BodyTrace hits you with when you enter their website. Now you may be thinking that you have heard that one before and odds are you are correct.

BodyTrace promotes itself as being nothing less than the “Scale of the Future,” which is, of course, a rather big promise. BodyTrace is a two-part system. On one hand is the eScale and on the other hand is the BodyTrace website. The eScale is an actual physical bathroom scale that wireless uploads your weight information and BMI information to the BodyTrace website where it is then tracked and analyzed.

You can also input all sorts of other data from your diet, such as the number of grams of protein, fat and carbs you are consuming every day. Once the BodyTrace software has all the necessary information, it will begin calculating the results. The main focus of the BodyTrace system is to make weight loss as easy as possible by taking out much of the math work involved in calculating weight loss goals and tracking dieter goals in general.

What to Eat

The BodyTrace is a two-part system that doesn't specifically involve food.

The Good

There is no doubt that the configuration of the BodyTrace will help make the entire weight loss process a bit easier. There is also a 30-day money back guarantee.

The Bad

The annual fee for BodyTrace is $69.99. However this fee does include the eScale in the price. Some may find the BodyTrace approach to be a little confusing until they see it in action. With that stated, the overall concept is solid.

Exercise

Exercise is viewed as part of the weight loss process.

Cost

There is an annual fee of $69 for the BodyTrace.
