Aromatherapy Diet Review:
Background
Experts have long believed that certain aromas help fight cravings and control appetite, which is where aromatherapy as a weight-loss aid comes in. Lighting a vanilla candle or using Lavender essential oils on your pillowcase or towel can help send specific signals to your brain that you are full or are not craving a particular type of food. There are also inhalers, facial sprays and massage oils available in almost any chosen fragrance.
What to Eat
Nothing is forbidden. Instead, the Aromatherapy Diet encourages to eat moderate portion of whole, natural foods and to make sure you use aromatherapy oils or aromas either immediately before or during your meals to help control your appetite.
The Good
Inexpensive. No side effects or complications, even if the actual items don’t work.
The Bad
No recipes or specific meal plans are offered. No scientific research means that there is no guarantee this will work for everybody.
Exercise
It’s up to you to decide on a workout program, although a well-balanced fitness and eating plan is recommended.
