Created by a nutritionist with 20 years of experience, the Anne Collins diet is based on the concept that each person responds better to a different type of diet. The program, which sells as an e-book, features 9 different types of diets, from Low Glycemic Index (GI) diet to a 14-Day Low Calorie Booster to a Vegetarian “Quick-Start” diet. Collins helps people choose the right plan and then offers tips and menus to get you through.
What to Eat
Depends on the diet. The Anne Collins Balanced Weight Loss Diet, an exclusive meal plan offered in the book, is a low-calorie plan that features a balance of carbs, proteins and fats, with an emphasis on eating less, rather than cutting any specific items from the diet.
The Good
Whatever your food preferences and meal restrictions are, there's likely to be a plan for you here. Menus are simple and straightforward, so there's no guessing as to what should be eaten and when. Cheap.
The Bad
With so many choices available, it can get confusing to pick the right program. The programs are basically just menus, with very little extra information regarding food substitutions or tips on how to eat better or improve your dietary habits. Lack of support, except for a forum of fellow dieters.
