Blast Your Triceps!
The best way to get a full and well defined tricep is not with your dumbbell but instead with your Swiss ball (exercise ball).
Get down on the floor and assume a standard pushup position, with your hands resting on top of the ball. While keeping your hands planted, slowly roll your wrists onto the ball, followed by your forearms; stop when you have reach your elbow, so you have rolled on the ball and everything up to your elbow is touching the ball. Slowly reverse the movement.
Start off by doing three sets of five repetitions in the beginning, and gradually build up to three sets of ten. This will blast your triceps because you have to not only stabilize the Swiss ball but control your downward movement. Building on all those stabilizer muscles and giving you the fuller more defined tricep.
