Lose weight fast by eating




It is believed that certain foods consume more energy during the digestion process than they contribute energy to the body. When one eats these foods the result is the body depleting the reserved energy resources that are stored in the body as fat through an increased metabolism rate. In addition to this when one eats smaller frequent meals rather than eating three large meals in a day, over time the metabolism will increase drastically thus reducing fat deposits in the system.

 

Follow these steps to lose weight fast by eating wisely:

 

Include low calorie foods such as beets, green cabbage, asparagus, broccoli, carrots, celery, hot chili peppers, cucumber, pine apple, raspberries, dandelion, endive, celery root, cauliflower, garlic, garden cress, green beans, zucchini, apples, grapefruit, lemon, mango, papaya, radishes, spinach, turnips and onion among other in their category. For your daily supply of protein you should resort to chicken, fish, beans, brown rice and soy.

 

Eating smaller amounts of food frequently makes the system more satisfied through the course of the day. This leads to the person not overeating and the body slowly increasing the metabolism rate.

 

Along with dieting to lose weight you should also try to exercise for about half an hour a day. Building muscle will raise the metabolism rate leading to a loss of body fat.

 

Carry a small container of food with you where ever you go. Do not allow yourself to feel hungry. If you don’t want to keep a food box with you keep some nuts in your pocket and pop one in your mouth when the hunger pangs begin to call.

 

If you have to eat meats and some fatty foods remember to not eat those at night. You are more likely to burn the extra calories if you eat them in the day time. In fact, it should be your aim to avoid those fatty foods along with any alcoholic beverage. It cannot be stressed enough that alcohol is fattening in whatever form it is presented to you.

 

If you must indulge you should earn it. Diet the whole week and then at the week end treat yourself to some goodies (but don’t over do it) at the end of the week for being a good boy or girl.

 

Never try to go to bed hungry. You should always have something to eat before going to bed. This is important to kick start the metabolism in the morning.

 

Do not keep to a schedule, eat when you are hungry and eat small quantities. It is ok to eat small meals six times a day rather then eating three large meals a day. The metabolism works 24/7 so why should it be fed at certain timings only?

 

Many people have learned to lose weight fast by eating wisely and changing their diet timings around to help increase their metabolism rate. This way the person gradually changes his or her lifestyle and so manages to keep the excess weight away as well.
