Remedies for hair growing
Every individual is known to have any one of the four hair types namely greasy, normal, and dry or problem hair. Hair problems such as dry hair, hair loss, dandruff and so on may be caused by factors such as hormonal changes, lack of sleep, stress, chemical hair treatments, over exposure to sun, dyes or hair color. It is important to note that healthy hair stems from a healthy scalp and so many hair growing remedies and treatments would also include scalp treatments.
This ensures that the hair follicles are clean and clear are prepared for strong hair growth. Natural hair growing remedies are a cost effective and an environmentally friendly way of keeping the hair beautiful and strong. One of the hair growing remedies is to use flax seed oil to massage into the scalp and the hair as flax seed is known to increase the circulation if blood to the scalp.
Additionally, flax seed is also an effective hair growing remedy as it contains vitamin E which helps in repairing any damages skin on the scalp and also supports the production of healthy skin cells. To use this remedy one should take around 3-5 flaxseed oil capsules and puncture them to get the oil out. This oil should then be massaged into the scalp for 2-3 minutes and then wash out with a shampoo and conditioner after allowing it to remain on the hair for at least 30 minutes. Hair growing remedies also include using olive oil which has been used since ancient times for beautiful and healthy skin. Olive oil is an effective hair growing remedy as it moisturizes and also clarifies the scalp thereby stimulating hair growth. Olive oil should be massaged onto the scalp before going to bed at night and washed off only the next morning to get string and long hair. Apple cider vinegar which is obtained from seedless apples is another effective hair growing remedy as it does not go through the distilling process like other vinegars thereby ensuring that the important enzymes and minerals are intact. Malic acid and tartaric acid are the natural acids found in apple cider vinegar which tend to fin bacteria and toxins and also maintain the skin’s natural acid levels. Apple cider vinegar is one of the effective hair growth remedies as it tends to remove dead skin cells and bacteria which could clog the pores and prevent healthy growth of hair.
