Many ways get boost your sex life




Sex does not start when you are in bed or when the lights are turned off. It is something that can carry on through the day and culminate in bed. Here are a few simple suggestions that can enhance both the mood as well as the results.

Sexual well being begins in the mind. So feel good about yourself and it will show in your sex life. If you feel uncomfortable about your excess weight or about a certain body part or parts, do something about it.

Exercise for 20 minutes to half an hour each day. A brisk walk or run can really boost your morale, make you more active and less lethargic and increase your confidence.

Be open and communicate with each other clearly about what you desire and fantasize about. Very often, we tend to assume a lot of things that do not really apply to our partners, and when we communicate, we are surprised at what he or she expects from us in bed.

 

Be vocal about your needs and listen carefully to your partner’s needs. Talk about it, either during the day, or get into bed earlier than usual to give you time to communicate. Do this before you both are too exhausted to spend this quality time with each other. It is a well-documented fact that frequent communication serves to boost sex life.

Be conscious of your diet. High protein and complex carbohydrates that break down slowly will give you more strength for the time you spend with your partner.

Be creative in bed. Go the extra mile for your partner. Understand his love language and plan accordingly. If he appreciates words of encouragement from you, talk and boost up his morale. You can create a new atmosphere by setting up the room in different styles and situations. Use aromatic candles. Dim the lights. Dress up specially and be well groomed.

Flirt during the day. Send little notes. Exchange hugs. Pick up the phone and have an intimate chat. Let the love making begin as early in the day as possible. Create the mood in such a way that you can hardly wait to get together in the evening.

Take time out for each other. When you are together, consciously put away all other things from your mind. It is not the time to think about dirty dishes or your latest project at work. Be 100% present for each other. Your partner can easily sense it when your mind drifts away to other things.
