Impotence remedies in naturally
Impotency in a male is also referred to as erectile dysfunction or ED. This is a condition where a male is unable to sustain an erection or to achieve an erection at all. It is a form of sexual dysfunction.
This condition is the most common of all sexual dysfunctions that affect men. There are various reasons why this condition can affect a man. One of the main reasons is stress or depression.
Sexual impotency can be of three different types. These include primary and secondary sexual types of impotency and finally the one which affects the older men. The first two forms of impotency can be treated; however the third form of old age related impotency cannot be treated too much. There are various home remedies that one can try to help in curing this problem.
One of the most common remedy is to eat plenty of garlic. One should try and eat at least 3 to 4 cloves of garlic on a daily basis. Try adding it in all forms to one’s daily meals. One can also try eating onion. Onion also contains certain properties that are helpful in curing one of these conditions of impotency. Onion is found to help increase one’s libido and it also helps in strengthening a person’s reproductive organs. Carrots when consumed along with a boiled egg and some honey is also found to be very beneficial in treating this condition. One can also try eating okra or lady fingers. These when consumed with a glass of milk are found to be very effective. They are said to help in increasing one’s sexual stamina. Even the dried roots of the asparagus when consumed with milk are useful in treating a condition of impotency and also of premature ejaculation. Ginger juice is similarly considered to be very useful in treating this problem of erectile dysfunction. One should try mixing about half a teaspoon of some ginger juice that has been freshly squeezed along with some boiled egg and also some honey. This concoction should be consumed every night before one sleeps. Dry fruits are also very effective. These should be ground and mixed. Some of the main dry fruits are quince seeds, almonds, dates and pistachios. These are found to be very good in increasing one’s sexual power. One can even try eating some black raisins that have been soaked over night in lukewarm water.
