Headache remedies due to severe acidity for health
If the severe acidity is the root cause of the problem, you would need to take care of it first. There could be many explanations to the acidity problem that you have been facing and a doctor would be able to look over your diet, lifestyle, physical health and other factors to arrive at an accurate explanation. In most cases, it is a basic problem of faulty nutrition which is found to be behind the case of acidity.
It is not merely incorrect nutrition but also eating habits which could lead to this particular problem. Keep large gaps between your regular meals, for instance, or heading to bed soon after a filling meal could trigger this acidity problem.
The main logic behind treating acidity is to prevent likely triggers and to change one’s dietary habits and lifestyle.
Changing eating habits such that smaller meals become a part of your daily routine is one way to go about this. While one would need to cut down on the size, there would need to be a compensatory factor of increasing the number of meals. The combination of the two is often a change recommended in many other ailments as well as when it comes to losing weight. This should not be seen as an excuse to let oneself eat more than usual. The trick is to eat the right kinds of food and to space it out so that not only is one’s acidity problem abated but one also starts to eat healthier. To help your condition water is an absolute must, and you would require to consume a lot of it. There are plenty of other soothing drinks which might be beneficial for the stomach, such as coconut water. Buttermilk is yet another choice, particularly once you are done with a meal. Spicy food is typically one of the surest triggers of acidity and other problems, so you might want to avoid it as much as possible or at least tone it down. Keeping a good gap between a meal and the time one chooses to lie down is also important since a short duration can be a problem. One should always be careful when it comes to home remedies, even for acidity since a lot of traditional remedies might not work. For instance, milk is often thought to be a sure way of treating heart burn and acidity, but not all people feel better after drinking it.
