Missed periods causes
Also known as ammonhorea, the missing of a menstrual cycle could cause a significant amount of concern in a girl’s life. However, it is important to understand that there are a number of factors that play a role in the body clock seeming a little haywire and, thereby, causing you to miss a period. Initially, one of the very first aspects that should be considered is the possibility of a pregnancy.
This can only really be assessed with the help of a home pregnancy test kit and by visiting a doctor to confirm the diagnosis. When choosing a home pregnancy test kit, it is advisable to take a test and then wait for three days before taking it once more. This is to make sure that the test results were accurate.
Some of the other factors that will all play a role in disturbing a woman’s chemical balance within her body include stress, rapid weight loss or weight gain, as well as drug abuse or even certain types of illnesses. Certain medications, such as contraceptives, are known to destabilize the estrogen levels in the woman’s body, thereby also causing some women to miss their periods. While the most obvious symptom of suffering from the condition is quite obviously missing a period, some of the other symptoms that also tend to occur when a woman is suffering from ammonhoreia include production of breast milk even though she is not pregnant as well as hirsutism, which is rather prominent hair growth that is often not present in women and is a result of the lowered estrogen levels. Some women may also suffer from hot flashes, vaginal dryness, as well as night sweats during this time.
Because of the fact that the condition is so common, a number of home remedies have been tried and tested all over the world to varying degrees of effectiveness. One of the more effective methods of dealing with missed periods is to boil a teaspoon of saffron in half a cup of water until it has been reduced in quantity to a single tablespoon. Divide the mixture into three parts and have it three times over the course of the day. Another very effective option is to place a pinch of dried ginger in a bowl of boiling water in order to brew a tea and allow it to steep for a period of about 5 minutes before consuming it to experience significant relief from any premenstrual cramps that you may also be experiencing during this time.

Muscle Growth & Hypertrophy
Myofibril hypertrophy. Myofibrils are essentially bundles of myofilaments (The contractile parts of a muscle, the parts that pull). They are found in each skeletal muscle fiber.
