Cure for mumps in natural
Mumps are basically a viral infection that tends to affect the gonads, salivary glands and sometimes certain other parts of the body as well. Mumps in children is commonly observed especially between five and fifteen years of age and is known to be a highly infectious disease. One of the early mumps signs and symptoms especially in children is the swelling of the salivary glands whereas in adults there may also be a slight fever that may accompany the swelling.
In the initial stages of the mumps disease, the swelling may be very painful and uncomfortable and is known to cause a disruption in one’s daily routine. One of the causes of mumps in both children and adults is a virus that is known to mostly attack the parotid glands which are located in front of the ear and on each side of the face resulting in swelling which is one of the patent mumps effects. In some cases, dietetic errors may also result in the mumps disease.
One of the most effective natural cures for mumps disease is the use of the herb called Chebulic myroblan. One should prepare a thick paste of this herb along with some water and then apply it over the swelling to gain relief from the pain and the discomfort. Aloe vera gel is also used as an excellent natural cure for mumps disease. This could be freshly extracted from the leaf of the aloe vera plant and applied on the swelling. Natural cure for mumps also involves grinding together and equal quantity of asparagus seeds and fenugreek seeds into a past like consistency which should be then applied over the swelling caused by the mumps. Dry ginger is also known to be a highly effective natural cure for mumps. In this treatment one should prepare a paste of dry ginger and some water and apply this mixture on the swollen area. As the paste dries, the pain tends to subside and the swelling will also gradually reduce thereby providing one relief. A natural cure for mumps disease also involves modifying ones diet to only have a mixture of orange juice and some warm water. Instead of orange juice one may also have the juice of other fruits and vegetables such as apple, pineapples, grapes, carrots and so on. The individual suffering from mumps should also follow a well balanced diet that is abundant in fresh fruits and vegetables on a daily basis.
