Fruits. Especially bananas, I always eat a banana before a run and one right after. I usually go for fructose since I need it for energy. Besides fruit, there's always quinoa and rice, which I eat as side dishes. And of course, the king of all food - spaghetti. I'd eat 2 kg of spaghetti and take in all those delicious carbs every day.
Mmmm, my favourite carbohydrate source would have to be sweet potatoes. Roasted sweet potatoes are so sweet and delicious, I could eat them all day! other carb sources I enjoy are white potatoes, plantain, fruit, basmati rice and yellow split peas.

I like rice stick noodles, I like the chewy texture. However, eating rice stick noodles on its own would be bland and horrible. Sweet potatoes and white potatoes don't need added ingredients to be tasty, they are good on their own. Unlike pasta, rice and noodles etc.
Pasta, without a DOUBT! If you're looking for variety, the variety of potential pasta dishes is close to endless... I'm biased in that I'm a huge fan of Italian food, but even a simple meal of grilled chicken and pasta with olive oil, garlic, and parmesan is healthy, high in protein and carbs, and easy to make. My personal favorite is penne with a pesto sauce and grilled chicken.
Pasta...I am a pasta fiend...I love pasta in all shapes, sizes and forms. I like it with marina sauce, alfredo sauce, whatever. I think its one of the most versatile foods out there. When it's carbs, it's pasta for me!
