I'll think about trying this, but I can't use the peanut butter as I'm allergic. I'll see what can be done with almond butter as there shouldn't be a difference. The taste of the almond milk doesn't clash with the butter taste?
Do you think using a blender or a Magic Bullet would mix it better than by hand?
I think I'll go for butter pecan and throw some pecans in it.
Hahaha, thanks man, but most of these recipes are not mine. I find them on the internet and mess around and add some of my own modifications after trying them out. I'd probably consider compiling them into an e-book but I don't have much time.
And no, there's no clash between almond milk or butter. You could use regular milk if you're ok with some extra calories and nutrients, although almond is obviously better because it has no cholesterol or lactose. Sure, you could mix it up with anything. It only takes 2 minutes to mix with a regular spoon or a stick blender so I guess it will take a minute with a regular blender.
Glad you guys are enjoying this
