If you are doing the insanity how do you like it? The workout scares me because it looks like those people are about to die!

I did them before and thought I was going to die lol, but I have recently started doing them again. I only do as much as I can and try to push myself a little farther each day, so far so good.

I am with you on this, the workout kind of scares me. I just do not think I could withstand this type of workout and like the name says it is insanity!

I am on the fence about this one. I have pounds to lose. I have read that you should do a workout such as p90x or similar prior to tackling insanity. I know it is 6 days a week. It does look formidable lol.

I was also curious about this. I have tried the Billy Blanks Bootcamp workout and couldn't hang with it. I have been wanting to add either the P90X or Insanity workout, so any insight here would be great

I tried to do the fit test today. Woo, my results are pitiful. However I think it gives you some idea. It is intense. However I have read some posts from people who were out of shape. They modified, modified and modified all the moves to fit their range of motion.

I've heard of Insanity and seen the infomercials, but the people in the video who already are in good shape look like they are going to pass out. I don't think I'm at that level yet. I know one person that tried it and she liked it but she only made it up to 3 weeks. I think she quit after that. It was insane!

I did one of the workouts. My back was killing me after it. I think I will stick with taebo.

Just the title of that workout alone scares the bajeebers outta me! I did Jillian Michael's Body Revolution for 5 weeks because injuring myself by pushing too hard during it. That was one of the toughest 30-minute workouts I've ever done. If Insanity is anything like that workout, you are in for a world of hurtin'.

I love Insanity, and P90x. I did Insanity way before doing P90x and it's still one of my favorite routines. You don't have to be scared, there's easier ways to do some of the workouts and they show you.
