Do The Bootcamp Workouts Work

I have seen some news recently where I live about the bootcamp workouts. I was curious if these actually work and if they do work what is the best one? Thanks for the advice and help!

We have a bootcamp workout at my local gym. I don't know if this is what you are talking about but if so, and you stick with it, it works for me. It is an hour long class of intense cardo combined with strength training. I can tell you that by the end of that class I sometimes don't want to move. It is a great workout. Maybe you can try one class for free to see if it is something for you.

There are lots of different bootcamp style workouts. Most workouts will 'work' if you put the effort in and other variables like nutrition and rest are optimal. Bootcamp style routines are good for general fitness because they contain cardio, functional movements, and strength exercises like rope climbing.

I have done boot camp workouts at my local gym and always end up getting a great work out! I can not afford to do them all the time, but I am sure I would see more results if I were able to attend more often.

When you said "Bootcamp Workouts" I immediately thought of the military workout. That's pretty interesting, that kind of "Bootcamp Workouts" would definitely do you good. Considering that you need to finish the task because bootcamp leaders are strict and they'll shout at you if you don't finish your workout. It would be really interesting, I would give it a go! It would definitely work! That would be really interesting, I won't mind signing up!

I think you are referring to those full body workouts? I think these work. Most exercise works if you do it. You just have to be interested in it and couple it with a good eating plan.

I did a Bootcamp style workout at my local outdoor pursuits center on Saturday. We did rope climbing, money bars, crawling under net (in the mud), crawling through tunnels, a rope swing across water, climbing over a wooden wall and a sprint finish. I was absolutely knackered!

Is this something like the "prisoners workout" with lots of bodyweight exercises training? If yes, then yes, they do work. Bodyweight exercises are very hard and will take some time getting used to all those push-ups and dips. I had a friend who only did BW exercises in the park for 2 months and he's shredded now.
