So basically I'm cutting at the minute but in 3 weeks I'm going back into bulk mode. I would like some advice on what to take. I'll be making my own shakes out of whey and peanut butter etc. Also getting some creatine. What else would benefit me?
I would recommend having a balance of everything. Then you do not have to be worried about the over doing of one item which can cost you quite a bit in the lifting or building up you are trying to have.
