Tapout Workout

Postby nene5 » Fri May 25, 2012 12:42 am

I have been seeing the infomercials for Tapout. I haven't seen a ton of reviews online for it. Have you seen it or heard of it? It looks interesting. I do enjoy TaeBo. I was thinking this was a good addition to my exercise routine.

It does look interesting, but I am not all that coordinated I am afraid and I have a hard time with the TaeBo anyway, so this is probably one I won't be trying. If you like the Taebo though, it might be something you could add, just to alternate your routines.

Never heard about before this.

Saw the video and it looks intense. It seems to be a very new workout program, so the reviews will not be coming in for a while.

Maybe, you could try it out for us and let us know?

I have seen the Tapout workout advertised. It is a home fitness protocol orientated around mixed martial arts. The Tapout program also includes a nutritional guide, I am interested to know what type of foods the Tapout program recommends. It would be good to hear from someone who has purchased the program...

I like that it doesn't seem to need extra equipment. I may try it out. I know that exercise works if you do it and get your eating right.

I'm still on the fence with this one. I keep seeing the commercials. I don't know anyone who has bought it. I might spring for it once my budget allows, lol. In the mean time I have been doing some Jillian Michaels, Taebo and will be adding in p90x.

I highly doubt that you can burn 1200 calories with a workout like that. Bodyweight execises are very good but some of stuff they say is just marketing. P90X is still better and more intense in my opinion.

Well I believe those figures are going to be for someone who weighs a bit more. Larger mass would stand to burn more calories (ie require more energy to move). I think to each their own. Some people are a bit turned off by having to buy extra equipment for the P90x and like that this one doesn't need that.

I haven't tried it yet but I did download it and look forward to it. It looks super hard but I watched some of the videos to get an idea and it seems like you will work your ass off but can focus on yourself and make sure you are doing it right before moving onto the next position.

I have been mixing these workouts into my regular routine. I enjoy taebo and am going to be doing some workouts from his son Billy Blanks jr. Those workouts are fun but I feel the burn still.
